Whether you are learning to transition from a chair to the mat or looking to deepen your existing mat practice, Building the Temple is your structural blueprint. This class slows down the movement to take a deeper dive into individual postures. Seniors will learn safe floor transitions, while experienced yogis will refine their alignment mechanics.
