I am an Experienced Ceremonial Yoga Instructor comfortable teaching traditional Yoga on the Mat, in a Chair, on a Wall or making waves in the Water. I specialize as a Memory Maintenance and Happy Feet Practitioner, Restorative and Yin Practices, as well as BreathWork, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Kids Yoga and I have a passion for all things Sound working in parallel with Silence tuning into nature here on the Ranch. I love specializing in specialty classes when we need a deep dive or intuitively weaving together a mix of practices to meet you exactly where you are.

I am a Quitman native born and raIsed. The love of my life, Ronald Paul, and I live on 33 acres with our animal family. I am grateful to God almighty for bringing us together to love, learn, grow and support one another.
