About this Session
We will be exploring feet-loving practices all in the name of feet! I studied with Dr. Tiffany Denny who is a highly qualified Yoga Instructor 🧘🏼♀️ as well as a Physical Therapist 👩⚕️ and Orthopedic 🦶 Specialist. We will use dal rods, tennis 🎾 balls, and small bouncy balls to massage the feet releasing fascia, strengthening work, increasing balance, and other incredible feet-loving practices! We will work the toes, feet, ankles, and 🦵calves. Our feet are our foundation and you will leave feeling nice and grounded yet light on your feet!
