Holy Ghost Chair 🪑 Yoga…. Meditation paralleled with movement seated in spirit 🪑 or using the Chair as a yoga prop to challenge balance 🤸🏾♂️ build strength 💪 and 🧘🏻♀️ stretch.
⛪️ This class originated at Spur On Ministries. Dani learned and grew 🌱 🌱🌻 so much working with the elders at church that she felt called to continue this ministry at LWR as it highly impacted how she taught. She learned to allow the Holy Spirit to lead her classes becoming a vessel for the divine. Each class is curated around a Bible Verse 📖 while sharing testimony from our daily life experiences.
💗 This is a love offering and the cost is a suggested donation of $5 yet Dani understands if times are tight and does not mandate a payment.
