About this Session

Kim received her training while in Germany!  This is an A-MaZ-InG practice of Foam Rolling Pilates that restores the body with fascia release, increases balance, increases strength, builds the power house which includes the core, glutes and back, while getting a rolling self-massage.  Ohhhhh la la!

This class is about 75 minutes and Kim provides the foam rollers.  Not all foam rollers are the same and she has different levels of firmness for your personal practice and if you would like to purchase one to have at home she is your girl!
