Dani’s first Cacao Ceremony was in Peru and the practice of sipping on ceremonial cacao opened her heart.  This ancient tradition is a form of plant medicine.

Dani is trained in Ceremonial Yoga.  She builds her Sacred Sound Journeys in a way to  facilitate emotional release by bypassing conscious filters so we can lean into transmuting darkness into light.  The vibrational frequencies help release suppressed trauma, grief or old programming that no longer serves.  This process helps to restore personal and spiritual empowerment with the divine.  Be still and know.

How long?  Depends on how many attend…  the process takes about 75 minutes.   Be sure and take time over the weekend to inttergrate.  Drink water, ground walking barefoot in grass, take deep breaths when needed and give your body, mind and spirit time to rest.
